To purchase,

Step 1:

Simply email your orders to noirebelleteam@gmail.com with the following details…

♥  Email Title as “Orders”

♥ Full Name

♥ Contact Number

♥ Email Address

♥ Mailing Address (pls double check to cfm)

♥ Item Name/Number
Together with its size/colour/quantity for each item

Step 2:

Upon receiving your orders, we will check on the availability of the items and send you a confirmation email/invoice within 24 hours (normally it will take shorter than that).

Payment details will be included in the confirmation email. Upon confirmation, shoppers are advised to proceed with payment within 24 hours. If payment is not received by then, the orders would be automatically voided.

As stocks are limited, we encourage fast deals. Hence, we require payments within a 24 hour time frame. Extensions can be given based on a case-by-case basis.

Please notify us via email/sms when payment has been made so that we can proceed to expedite your orders.

Step 3:

Once payment is received, orders will be sent out immediately via normal, registered or express postage. Refer to Delivery details below.

Important Notes on Credit card payment:
1) When ordering, please indicate your preference for credit card payment.
2) Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email together with an invoice generated by Paypal.
3) All credit card payments will be handled by Paypal. Please sign up for a Paypal account if you do not already have one.
4) Follow the instructions on the invoice for your payment.
5) Please note that there will be prevailing processing charges by Paypal should you choose payment via this service.

♥ Delivery ♥

Delivery can be carried out as follows:

♥ Normal Postage
We seek your understanding that we would not be liable for any lost mails by SingPost.

♥ Registered Postage (Recommended)
Registered tracking number would be given to customers via email.

Postage cost will depend on weightage of parcel. We will inform you of the postage cost in the confirmation email. For an estimate of postage cost, pls refer to Singpost.

♥ For more than 5 items ordered, we are giving an option of Express Delivery. Please email us for more information on this service.
