♥ Exchange Policy

We always ensure that we send out apparels in the best conditions.

However if customers experience any defects with the apparels upon delivery, under certain circumstances, we do provide a one-to-one exchange. Exchange will be accessed on a case-to-case basis.

Exhange is usually carried out if:
1. Colour of item delivered is not what is ordered.
2. Size of item delivered is not what is ordered.
3. Torn/serious defects.

Exchange can be as:
1. Exchange of the same item.
2. If item is not in stock, exchange of another item of similar value is permitted. Any difference in value will have to be topped up or refunded.

In cases of exchange, we do provide meet ups so that the process can be quick and efficient. Details will be provided upon notification.

Important! → Exchange will not be provided if apparel does not fit. Pls refer to sizing information for each apparel before purchase.

♥ Refund Policy ♥

A refund will be carried out only if exchange is not possible as items are not in stock. It will be accessed on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds can either be done through ATM/internet transfers or cash.

Important! → Refund will not be provided if apparel does not fit. Pls refer to sizing information for each apparel before purchase.
